America must remain engaged with the world, without finding herself trapped in endless, pointless, and poorly defined Asian conflicts!
My foreign policy would pursue warm relations with allies and responsible partnerships with all countries around the world. I would support Strong Defensive Alliances like NATO and the expansion of them, while also encouraging allies to contribute fairly to their shared security obligations.
Disagreements with allies should be handled through serious diplomacy—not impulsive threats, humiliation, or the reckless abandonment of long-standing partnerships!
American policy toward Israel and the wider Middle East in Asia should be guided by American interests, the protection of innocent life, opposition to terrorism and war crimes, and a genuine pursuit of peace. The United States should not provide unconditional support for every action taken by any foreign government. Under these conditions, I would immediately cease all U.S. funding to Israel’s ongoing war in the middle east, in which both sides are guilty of horrifying, egregious and appalling crimes against humanity.
I oppose isolationism, but American involvement abroad must serve a clear purpose. Before military action or major financial commitments, the government should explain the objective, the expected cost, the legal authority, and the benefit to the American people. Additionally, the power to declare wars is a power that should belong only to the United States Congress, not the President, which means not me either.
Trade policy should focus on negotiating fairer agreements and protecting American workers and industry rather than imposing indiscriminate tariffs across the entire world.
I would also be in favor of a unification with some countries, incorporating them into the union ONLY under the pretext that they were willing- if not I would pursue absolutely zero further action, for countries like Canada for example I would have this mindset, not necessarily to expand “U.S. territory”, but to bring about the unification and brotherhood of two nearly identical peoples that could both benefit.
My policies:
Preserve and responsibly strengthen defensive alliances.
Pursue diplomacy and stable international relationships.
Require clear goals for military involvement.
Protect civilians and oppose terrorism and war crimes.
Base foreign assistance on accountability and American interests.
Negotiate fair trade agreements that support American industry.
Surrender the power to ultimately actually declare war back to the Congress.
Consider peaceful political unions with nations only with democratic consent from all affected populations.
