America should produce reliable, affordable energy while protecting the land, water, wildlife, and natural beauty entrusted to future generations.

My administration would establish a National Nuclear Expansion Initiative or NNEI to coordinate permitting, workforce development, research, fuel security, and deployment of more Nuclear Energy. Safe existing nuclear plants should not close prematurely when they continue to provide reliable energy.

The national electric grid must also be modernized to meet growing demand, resist cyberattacks, expand transmission, support energy storage, and strengthen domestic transformer production.

A National Conservation Initiative would restore habitats, protect forests and wetlands, create wildlife corridors, establish new protected lands where appropriate, and expand national parks.

New industrial development—including AI data centers—should face serious environmental and community-impact review when projects threaten natural resources, local water supplies, energy reliability, or nearby residents.

My policies:

  • Launch a National Nuclear Expansion Initiative.

  • Preserve safe and reliable nuclear facilities.

  • Modernize and secure the national grid.

  • Expand domestic energy manufacturing.

  • Restore habitats, forests, and wetlands.

  • Expand voluntary conservation service.

  • Apply responsible standards to energy-intensive data centers.

  • Strengthen polluter-pays enforcement.
